3. Booking a Parking Space

Booking with us is quick and simple. Here, we explain how to reserve your spot and what details are needed for a successful reservation. You’ll also learn what happens after booking and how to verify your spot has been secured.

  • All bookings must be made through our official website.
  • Customers must provide correct and accurate information.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after successful booking.

4. Payment Terms

Understanding our payment policy is important to avoid any confusion. Here’s how our payment process works. This section lets you know how we accept payment, which methods are supported, and what happens if a payment fails.

  • Payments must be made in advance to confirm a booking.
  • We accept debit and credit card payments via Stripe.
  • If payment fails, the booking will be cancelled.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Plans change, and we understand that. This section explains your rights if you need to cancel. We clearly outline refund timelines and the difference between advance notice and last-minute cancellations.

  • Full refunds available for cancellations made 72 hours before the booking.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your booking time.
  • Refunds take 3–7 business days and go back to the original payment method.
  • A €12 cancellation fee applies to all refunds.

6. Arrival and Drop-Off Process

  • Our team will check you in and park your car securely for Park & Fly service.
  • Shuttle or Meet & Greet service will be provided based on booking.

7. Meet & Greet Instructions

Make your trip even more hassle-free with our Meet & Greet service. This section guides you step-by-step on how to use this premium feature. Everything from calling your driver to exact timing is explained clearly for both arrival and return.

When Dropping Off:

  • Call your assigned driver 25–30 minutes before reaching the airport.
  • Terminal 1 & 2 have designated drop-off areas.
  • Our driver will meet you directly at the terminal.

When Returning:

  • After collecting your luggage, call your driver 20–25 minutes before you’re ready to go.
  • Your car will be brought to the terminal pickup zone.

8. Valet & Car Care Services (Coming Soon)

We’re excited to introduce these premium options to make your journey even more seamless. This section gives you a sneak peek into upcoming services that offer added luxury and convenience.

  • Optional valet parking will be available soon.
  • Car wash and interior detailing services will also launch.
  • These can be booked in advance or requested at check-in (subject to availability).

10. Vehicle Safety & Liability

  • All parking areas are under CCTV and patrolled regularly.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Theft, vandalism, or fire
    • Extreme weather damage
    • Force majeure (events beyond our control)
